The contractor for the City of Chandler’s Chandler Heights Improvements, from McQueen to Gilbert, is getting ready to prepare the subgrade or subsurface of the roadway in front of Countryside Estates on the north side of Chandler Heights Road. To be able to get a good quality subsurface on Chandler Heights Road, they need to close the Salt Cedar Street entrance to Countryside Estates beginning Wednesday, June 1 through Wednesday, June 14 – with paving currently scheduled for Monday and Tuesday, June 12-13.
During that time, Countryside Estates residents and their visitors can use Blue Ridge Way to access the community during this time.
